The chocolate used to form this fossil bar is 70% cocoa solids: origin Colombia, so in the chocolate world considered to be the best!
The chocolate is tempered by hand in small batches and hand poured into the mould to produce a truly handcrafted product and then raspberry pieces sprinkled for a truly amazing taste.
Handcrafted in Dorset in a small kitchen by the Jurassic coast.
