Finest quality milk chocolate Fossil bar with almond and Jurassic sea salt.

The chocolate used to form this fossil bar is 43% cocoa solids:
Intense:, dominant roasted cocoa taste, slightly sweet, milk tones.

The chocolate is tempered by hand in small batches and hand poured into the mould to produce a truly handcrafted product.  Sprinkled with almonds and crunchy sea salt harvested from the Jurassic coast

Handcrafted in our Dorset kitchen by the Jurassic coast.

Ingredient: sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass Venezuela, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. ALMOND and Jurassic sea salt
