To make a delicious hot chocolate: in a milk pan, warm approx. 210ml of milk until steaming but not boiling, take off the heat add approx. 30-35g of chocolate flakes and stir in the chocolate, return to heat and stir gently until the chocolate has melted…..it makes one of the best hot chocolates!

43% COCOA SOLIDS – we only use the same fine quality chocolate that we use for our delicious chocolates. Made in small batches, we do not add anything, so no preservatives, no additives and no extra sugar.
