The chocolate used to form this fossil bar is 41% cocoa solids:
Intense:, dominant roasted cocoa taste, slightly sweet, milk tones.

The chocolate is tempered by hand in small batches and hand poured into the mould to produce a truly handcrafted product.

Handcrafted in our Dorset kitchen by the Jurassic coast.

Ingredient: sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.
