The chocolate used to form the fish shapes, is 39% cocoa solids: origin Ecuador, so in the chocolate world considered to be one of the best!
Intense: has a hint of hazelnut and slightly fruity, laced with sweet caramelly notes. (very yummy)

The chocolate is tempered by hand in small batches and hand poured into the mould to produce a truly handcrafted product.

Handcrafted in Dorset by the Jurassic coast.
