The chocolate used to form the shapes, is 39% cocoa solids: Single origin, Ecuador, so in the chocolate world considered to be one of the best! Intense:, hint of hazelnut and slightly fruity, laced with sweet caramelly notes.
The chocolate is tempered by hand in small batches and hand poured into the mould to produce a truly handcrafted product.
Handcrafted in Dorset by the Jurassic coast.
