The chocolate used  is 72% cocoa solids: Single origin, Venezuela, so in the chocolate world considered to be one of the best!

The chocolate is tempered by hand in small batches, hand poured into the mould  then sprinkled generously with pieces of crystal ginger to produce a truly handcrafted product.

Handcrafted in Dorset by the Jurassic coast.

Ingredient: cocoa mass Venezuela, sugar, cocoa butter, natural vanilla flavouring; may contain MILK  Ginger, cane sugar.
