Hot chocolate – 85% fine chocolate

Description

The finest quality chocolate,  supplied ready to use, make a delicious hot chocolate for smoothing comfort on these cold dark evenings.
The prepared chocolate comes in a reusable tin.  We do not add anything to the chocolate, so no preservatives, no additives, and no extra sugar.

To make a delicious hot chocolate:  in a milk pan, warm approx. 210ml of milk until steaming but not boiling, take off the heat add approx. 30-35g of chocolate and stir in the chocolate, return to heat and stir gently until the chocolate has melted…..it makes one of the best hot chocolates! To make a vegan hot chocolate simply use a milk alternative! but always use a good quality milk or milk alternative. sweeten to taste if desired.
